May the 4th marks International Firefighters day!  This is a day to thank all firefighters for their commitment, courage and selflessness.  International Firefighter’s Memorial Day is observed each year on the 4th of May, which is a time to recognise the sacrifice and dedication firefighters give to protecting life and property.  This is a time to remember all the firefighters who have given their time to protecting our safety.

At Openhouse, we appreciate the work our fire services constantly do. Over the years we have worked with many fire services.  The two latest additions to the website are the Fire and Rescue Airway Bag and the Fire and Rescue Trauma Bag; both of these bags are designed to hold specific equipment and both are split into pouches which are clearly labelled with heat transfer reflective print, in additional to having clear PVC lids.[vc_gallery interval=”3″ images=”25800,25801″ img_size=”full”]These bags incorporate RFID technology, having chips sewn in, visible through small PVC windows.  These can be found on both the bags and the pouches.  The pouches also have this chip sewn in, along with the bottle holder; this allows for full traceability of stock across a medical organisation.  As they are sewn in, they are a permanent feature and cannot be lost.

Both of these bags are designed for heavy use and can make a fantastic addition to any Fire and Rescue Service.  The bags are fully customisable, available in any of our 8 micrAgard colours and can be personalised with a welded on logo that signifies your service.
