No claim for damages or discrepancies in delivery will be considered unless immediate notice is given to us, as soon as goods and/or materials are received. We reserve the right to charge for carriage plus 5% handling charge for all returns and on all consignments entered for delivery, which are refused. No claim for repairs will be considered until an assessment of the goods/materials has been undertaken by Openhouse Products Limited. If the fault is found to be a supplier fault the goods will be repaired/replaced and returned to the customer as soon as possible. If however the fault is due to excessive abuse of the goods, Openhouse Products Limited reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of £20 for repair plus VAT and carriage.
