If your Off The Shelf item has not been used and is in the original packaging, we can accept a return within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You will be responsible for arranging this return unless your item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we will arrange collection on your behalf.
The exception is for our Made to Order products, as they will have specifically been made for you. As such, these cannot be returned for a full refund although if the item arrives damaged or faulty we will arrange collection and repair.
Please make sure you include a completed copy of this form with your return.
We have three standard in house options – Heat Transfer Printing, Welded Badges, and Embroidery.
Heat transfer printing is the most versatile option. It can be used for text, checker and simplistic logos, if you provide us with a high resolution image we can test print before production. Available in Reflective Silver, Black, White, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow and Orange.
Welded Badges are reflective and work well with more complex logos, giving a professional look. We have 5 different tooling sizes. A welded badge incurs a setup origination charge per colour and has a minimum order quantity of 10.
We can offer embroidery for your logo or crest. We tend to steer away from this option as it conflicts with our wipe clean infection control efforts, however it can be done in house to specification. Logos normally incur an origination charge.
