Openhouse have collaborated with BreezeWizard to create a new product for yacht and boat owners.

Putting on their sea legs, the Openhouse team climbed aboard a new project with cabin cooling specialists BreezeWizard to help manufacture a product for yachts and powerboats.

The product allows users to capture a fresh and cooling breeze and send it through a boat or yachts cabin to decrease stuffiness and humidity. Providing there is the lightest of winds, BreezeWizard will find it and send it downstairs.

Although similar products do exist, BreezeWizard is making a big splash on the market. It is a leap forward in passive boat ventilation, with two major advantages that put it lengths ahead of its predecessors.

1. The sail can pivot 360 degrees, making it able to capture wind in infinite directions.

2. Its self supporting structure means that it will freely stand without the support of any hangings, making it perfect for powerboats.

Setup in 90 Seconds

Yachts spend much of their time in tavernas and marinas, warm places with little to no winds, they are often incredibly warm places to be, especially while you sleep. To avert a humid evening, BreezeWizard can be setup in less than 90 seconds and instantly deliver a cool breeze into the cabin with even the smallest gust.

If the cabin should start to get too cool for your liking the BreezeWizard sail can be taken down quickly and from inside the cabin, there’s no need to go outside and untie knots.

The smart, sea blue design sits comfortably on cabin hatches, and does not look out of place. BreezeWizard is ideal for any boating summer holiday and at only 880 grams, it’s the perfect weight to take on a plane. For a fresh cabin and a comfortable nights sleep in a warm and humid environment, BreezeWizard is the solution you have been looking for.

Openhouse thoroughly enjoy working together with new businesses and have helped create several other brilliant products such as the Towbag, a foldable trailer that was featured on Dragons Den, and the Monkey Moo backpack that holds children’s allergy medication and their medical details in case of emergencies.
