Each and every one of our products is designed to offer the maximum comfort and durability to ensure its high quality for many years, even in the most demanding of circumstances.All of the pictures in this article are of bags that have been in daily use by customers since 2007. The O2 bag was manufactured on 16/06/2007 and the Primary Response bag was manufactured on the 11/01/2007. Our entire range of bags are made at our factory in Birkenhead, using bespoke machines and equipment and not forgetting our real people – there aren’t any robots at Openhouse. Not to mention, every one of our products undergoes rugged tests and quality procedures to ensure high-quality performance every time. Openhouse can also offer proof load tests through examinations as required by the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998, under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 certified product testing.

In the 10 years we have been making the products featured in this post, we have developed the design considerably. They are now manufactured using our Wipe Clean micrAgard Plus material, use antimicrobial water repellent grey webbing, print reflective chequer instead of sewn on strips to be more robust, and we now also use weld on reflective badges instead of embroidery to help with infection control.
