Our Service Packages
1 Year “Basic Service Package”
£160 per annum
Our 1 year “Basic” service package puts you in control of the maintenance of your unit and offers you the opportunity to maintain the AED yourself, but we are there for you with expert advice or on-site assistance if needed.
The materials for regular maintenance are sent to you automatically, and you replace them yourself. So you don't have to pay attention to the expiration date because you always have the right products at site and ahead of time.
Does your AED have a malfunction or has it been used in cardiac arrest?
Then we are there for you. We will visit you on location to make your AED ready for use again. If that is not possible right away? Then you will temporarily receive a replacement AED, so that you are never without a unit.
Openhouse record all your serial numbers, batch number and expiry dates and this vital information can be used to identify items due to expire or in case of any recalls on your equipment.
Service Team
Our own dedicated service team is available to help. You can call us if the AED has been used in case of cardiac arrest or if the AED has a malfunction. We will solve the problem for you by phone, or we will make an appointment to make the AED ready for use again.
On-site Assistance, if Required
In the event of a malfunction or after a deployment, we ensure that the AED is quickly made ready for use again. Where possible, we solve it by phone, but if necessary, our experts will visit you within 48 hours. We ensure that you are always assured of a properly functioning AED.
Temporary Replacement AED
In exceptional cases, where your AED cannot be made ready for use immediately after a use or a malfunction. Don't worry, you will receive a temporary replacement AED so that you are never without a unit.
Replacing Materials Yourself
If the electrodes or battery need to be replaced, we will send these to you in good time. You will receive an email in advance. You can replace the materials yourself with the help of our simple instructions.
Pay by Invoice
Call-out costs and labour in the event of use or a malfunction are included in the package. The electrodes and batteries – are paid for separately. You will receive an invoice for this.
3 Year “Standard Service Package”
£310 per annum
We take work off your hands!
With the Standard service package, you automatically receive new materials for regular maintenance, such as electrodes and batteries. All costs are included – so no separate invoices afterwards. You can easily replace the materials yourself.
