We have collaborated with Openhouse for several years now on a managed contract for our resuscitation equipment. They have been able to respond quickly to requests from individual sites, or the wider Trust, particularly when there are national medication shortages or batch recalls. The senior management and business support staff, as well as the staff attending our sites are always professional and responsive. They have been an integral element of our governance processes which has contributed to the safety of our patients, with excellent documentation of all site visits and actions, which has been particularly important for CQC inspections, incident follow ups and responses to national alerts.
