Openhouse takes great pride with the development of bespoke bags, we are always striving to design the most durable bags possible so that our customers can expect to rely on them on a daily basis, when facing extreme conditions. In 2014 West Midlands Fire Service ordered a fleet of Medical Backpacks.  designed to be hard-wearing and durable. Since receiving the bags they have been put through a lot when attending emergencies and daily use. The bags have been designed to hold  essential items when dealing with incidents. They are equipt with various colour coded  pouches allowing items to be organised efficiently  therefore allowing patients to be treated as quickly as possible, this is beneficial for training and consistency efforts.

The bag is manufactured with our unique MicrAgard™  material, this not only prevents the cross-contamination and spreading of infection, it is also fire retardant. MicrAgard™ has a TPU coating meaning it is super resistant to abrasion. In 2016 one of the bags was returned to Openhouse factory for a simple service. We took this opportunity to see how the bags where holding up to usage and test our cleaning methods. This was a nice insight into the bags performance. Shown in the pictures above it is clear that the bag has been able to withstand multiple call outs over a two year time period. We are confident the end user can rely on the bag whenever required.  Openhouse prizes itself on years of experience as a British bag designer and manufacturer. Each of our raw materials and production techniques are specially selected to build the most robust bags on the market. Openhouse where able to resolve the minor issue, fixing the bag to the original state of purchase, as shown in the images below it was then sent back to the customer for years more of service. This very popular bag has been adopted by other fire and rescue services, if you would like to develop your own bespoke bag we would be more than happy to help you with your enquiry.
