AirRAPID: Airway Roll And Pictorial IDentification System
The AirRAPID System is an advanced airway equipment storage and preparation system suitable for use by clinical teams performing prehospital emergency anaesthesia (PHEA) and intubation. Designed by the enhanced prehospital care team of the North West Air Ambulance Charity, it provides fast, easy and intuitive access to vital airway management equipment in high pressure situations. The system comprises two parts:
Part 1: a storage panel of various elasticated loops to hold items in place. The loops are large enough to hold kit within its original packaging, ensuring CQC compliance. One elastic loop is specifically intended to contain a surgical airway kit and is made from highly visible bright yellow elastic to aid the identification of this essential item when time is of the essence.
Part 2: a high vis kit dump area with pictorial identification system for key equipment, including a checklist wallet

What does “made to order” mean?
Each product is manufactured specifically for you, allowing it to be customised to suit your organisation, equipment and operational requirements.
What can I customise?
Depending on the product, you may be able to customise the colours, Dimensions, internal layout, pockets, handles, straps, labelling and branding.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum order quantity for UK-manufactured bespoke products is five units. Orders below five units may be possible but will be subject to a 15% surcharge.
Can you add our logo or branding?
Yes. We can incorporate printed or embroidered logos, wording and identification labels. Please provide suitable high-resolution artwork or a vector file where possible.
Can you match our organisation’s colours?
We offer a wide selection of materials and colours. Our team will discuss the available options with you, although exact colour matching may depend on material availability.
Will I receive a sample before placing my full order?
Where appropriate, we can produce a sample for approval before full production. Sample charges and lead times will be confirmed during the quotation process.
How long will my order take?
Lead times depend on the product, quantity, materials and level of customisation required. We will provide an estimated lead time with your quotation. Standard lead time is usually between 10 and 12 weeks.
What information do you need to provide a quotation?
Please send us your required quantity, approximate Dimensions, preferred colours and materials, branding requirements, intended use and any photographs, sketches or equipment lists you have available.
